5:31pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 900 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.
5:49pm: A deputy issued a salvage tag for a deer that was struck on 220th Street near J Avenue.
7:15pm: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street and W Avenue. Brianna Olson 21 of Minnesota was traveling south on W Avenue and failed to stop at the stop sign. Brianna was driving a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu that had an estimated 4,000 dollars damage. Kevin Spooner 57 of Johnston was heading east on 220th and struck the Malibu. Kevin was driving a 2020 Toyota Tundra that had an estimated 4,000 dollars damage. Nobody was injured the accident. Brianna was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
8:42pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on N Avenue near 140th Street.
11:16pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop in the 500 block of South Walnut Street.
Saturday, September 12th
1:18am: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint in Grand Junction.
11:49am: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 800 block of Hill Street, Churdan.
3:47pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with locating a vehicle that may have been involved in a burglary.
6:12pm: A deputy investigated a verbal argument at the Spring Lake camp ground.
8:04pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a traffic stop at the Super 8 Motel.
Sunday, September 13th
12:18am: A deputy investigated a civil issue on 235th Street near Parkland Avenue.
1:23am: A deputy picked up Mark Frohwein 23 of Ames from the Hamilton County Jail for an arrest warrant for failure to appear.
4:05am: Mark Frohwein 23 of Ames was booked into the jail for an arrest warrant for failure to appear.
1:50pm: A deputy assisted with an inmate that had a missing razor in a jail cell.
2:23pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call at Sparky’s in Rippey.
7:07pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 900 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.
8:25pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on N Avenue near 257th Street. Robert Martinez 38 Jamaica struck a deer with a 2010 Toyota RAV4 causing an estimated 2,500 dollars damage.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
