For the Adel-Desoto-Minburn cross country team, they have a lot of great runners on both their boys and girls cross country teams, and have put together a schedule that follows the talent of their teams. They will be starting that tough schedule on Saturday in Urbandale, as they will run against schools from higher classes in the Des Moines metro.

Some of the schools that the boys and girls teams will be competing against will include Des Moines Hoover, Dowling Catholic, Indianola, and Urbandale. All of these schools have traditionally had some great runners compete on their teams, and this year figures to be no different either.

ADM will have multiple talented runners on the roster, including defending state champion Nate Mueller on the boys and Geneva Timmerman and Hannah Welch for the girls.

The Tigers will be running on Saturday morning at Urbandale Middle School, with the girls race to happen at 8:55 and the boys to follow at 9:45.
