After a first reading failed to pass on a new all-terrain vehicle and snowmobile ordinance at their last meeting, the Panora City Council will continue discussion on the matter at their meeting Monday.
The discussion will be followed by a possible first reading of the ordinance. The Council will also consider action on a special events application from the Guthrie County Arts Council to use the downtown square for an event this fall. They’ll also consider a resolution to request reimbursement from the Iowa COVID-19 Government Relief Fund.
The Council will meet at 6:30 p.m., and the public must attend electronically. Those that would like to speak at the public hearing must register ahead of time by either emailing lisagrossman@netins.net or calling City Hall at 641-755-2164 by noon Monday.
