Another effect of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus is lost revenue in high school athletics, and the cramp this scenario has placed on budgets.  From a drop in gate admissions, to concession offerings being withered down due to concerns surrounding the virus, and the added measures to ensure health and safety for student-athletes, the Dallas Center-Grimes Activities Office is feeling a crunch, and school officials are now calling on parents and alumni of the district to help out.

Mustangs and Fillies faithful are now being asked to help out their school in a creative way, outside of the gate admissions and typical cheering in the stands, and the snacking of game time popcorn.  The DC-G Booster Club is looking to grow its membership throughout the community, to ensure that the facilities, equipment, and other necessities of athletics programs are kept up to snuff and down take a hit.

Those interested in joining the DC-G Booster Club can find out more information by visiting DCGBoosterClub.com.  Entry level memberships begin at just $50.
