The one thing that you can always rely on with competition for any sport in the Raccoon River Conference is a lot of good teams and good players, and it will be status quo for the volleyball season as well, as teams all around the conference should have good talent all around.

Last year every team in the conference has double figure losses, but had also had multiple 20 win teams and will be adding in a ton of success with the additions of Gilbert and North Polk. Gilbert had a great year last year going 32-13 on the season, and will be returning a good portion of their team this year as well.  North Polk went 30-11 last year, and as a program has had at least 20 wins in every season that they have had since 2011.

ADM will be looking for a winning season after having a couple of rare off seasons these last couple of years, but will not be easy with the amount of competition participating in the conference.

ADM will be participating in a volleyball scrimmage this Saturday against multiple schools in Johnston.
