21st Century Rehab at the Dallas County Hospital is hosting a free exam day.

Owner Clint Lutterman tells Raccoon Valley Radio when it comes to physical therapy, people have a hard time taking the first step to receive care. This can sometimes cause minute injuries to increase in severity. Lutterman explains what participants can expect, “People that have aches, pains, and things that have been bothering them; it gives them an opportunity to come in and talk to one of our therapists. They can spend about a half hour just discussing what they can do or maybe what their next step should be. Whether that’s more formal therapy, they need to make a couple of changes, or see a physician, or whatever the next step should be.”

Appointments do have to be made in advance. You can do so by calling 515-465-7672. The exams will be held Tuesday, August 25th at their location at the Dallas County Hospital.
