The Adel City Council will continue a public hearing that began during last week’s meeting.
The public hearing continues the discussion that’s been taking place for the last two years regarding the City conveying land in Kinnick Feller Park. A building was purchased on land that belongs to the City. Over the last couple of years, Adel and Elmwood Real Estate LLC have been in discussion as the owners of the building are trying to purchase the land.
During the new business portion of the meeting, the Council will discuss a resolution pertaining to the public hearing held. They will also discuss and possibly take action on a preliminary plat for Westwood Oaks Plat number three. The meeting will be held remotely at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
