Each of the four counties that make up the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area reported new COVID-19 cases.

According to the state dashboard Tuesday, there were seven new cases in Dallas County since Sunday, increasing their total to 1,890. They also have 1,454 individuals that have recovered and 35 deaths. Greene County had two new positive case for a total of 43. They also have 36 recoveries, and zero deaths. According to the Guthrie and Adair County dashboard as of Tuesday, Guthrie County had two new positive cases increasing their total to 133, with 97 recoveries and five deaths. Adair County reported seven new positive cases for a total of 30, with 15 recoveries, and no deaths. Dallas and Adair counties had the highest 14 day positive percentage with 7%. Guthrie County was at 6%, and Greene County was at 3%

Statewide, there were 496 new cases since Sunday for a total of  49,340, with 38,037 recoveries and 940 deaths. Of the 527,078 people that have been tested, 474,603 were negative.

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 72 hospitalized patients, with 16 in Intensive Care Units, and 26 admitted in the last 24 hours.
