The Test Iowa Site in Dallas County has moved locations.
The site has been in Waukee for the last few weeks as positive COVID-19 cases continue to rise in Dallas County. The location was at Waukee South Middle School, but with school starting in a couple weeks, the site had to be moved. The new location will be at Lutheran Church of Hope in West Des Moines. Dallas County Public Health Public Information Officer Ann Cochran tells Raccoon Valley Radio that going through Test Iowa is still the best way to get tested for COVID-19, “The thing you want to do is go onto the Test Iowa site, (TestIowa.com) just answer a few questions they have and that’s how you get an appointment because it is an appointment only kind of situation. The testing is free.”
According to the state dashboard as of Monday, there have been 44,313 Test Iowa assessments completed in Dallas County.
