The Stuart City Council will consider setting a public hearing date to vacate the rights of way between Southwest 7th and 8th streets for the areas platted as South Adair and Wise streets in Marks Business Park Monday.

Their meeting will also include a public hearing followed by acceptance of bids and an award of contract for the sanitary sewer system improvements project, and a public hearing to apply for a Community Development Block Grant. The Council will also discuss the cardiac monitor project with Rescue Director Sean Bovinett, consider pay estimates for the All Saints Addition, continue discussion on their city attorney as well as discuss the City’s utility and all-terrain vehicle policy, and consider a resolution requesting reimbursement from the Iowa COVID-19 government relief fund.
