The Panora City Council will consider the first reading of an amended ordinance regarding utility and all-terrain vehicles at their meeting Monday.

The Council will also consider a contract with Region XII Council of Governments for administrative services for the City’s Community Development Block Grant rehabilitation grant, and an application for the Historic Downtown Business Commercial District Facade Rebate program.
