One person was killed, and another was injured following a utility terrain vehicle wreck Sunday.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, Adel First Responders, Dallas County Emergency Medical Services, along with the Sheriff’s Office responded to a UTV wreck on private property near K Avenue and Panther Creek Road just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday. The driver was a 21-year-old male who did not survive the wreck. A female passenger was also injured and transported by ground ambulance with minor injuries. The names of those involved are being withheld until the family can be notified.
