This year’s Greene County inductee to the Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame is Jo Anne Schnebly.
Schnebly has served as the Clover Hall Superintendent for 20 years and has helped lead a Greene County 4-H sewing workshop for over ten years. She led a major 4-H service project for the Barn Quilts of Greene County, which included helping the Greenbrier 4-H Club for one month to install the quilt on a barn southwest of Greenbrier Township. Schnebly has also assisted with the Greenbrier Club’s county-wide basketball tournament, worked the Clover Cafe during the county fair and various other activities with the local 4-H program. She is now retired and lives in Lucas County.
Schnebly will be inducted into the Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame during a Facebook Live event on Sunday, August 23rd at 1:30pm.
