Dallas County continues to increase its number of positive COVID-19 cases. 

According to the state dashboard as of Saturday, 18 new cases of the virus were added to Dallas County for a total of 1,652. They also have 1,150 individuals that have recovered and 34 deaths. Greene County remained the same on Saturday with 37 cases, 29 recoveries, and zero deaths. According to the Guthrie and Adair County dashboard as of Saturday, Guthrie County had 115, with 69 recoveries and five deaths. Adair County had 20 positive cases with 15 recoveries and no deaths.

Statewide, there were 810 new cases Saturday for a total of 41,889, with 29,602 recoveries and 826 deaths. Of the 449,609 people that have been tested, 406,033 were negative. 

Additionally, in Region 1 of the Regional Medical Coordination Centers Hospital Data – which includes all of the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area – there are currently 77 hospitalized patients, with 21 in Intensive Care Units, and seven admitted in the last 24 hours.
