For the Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tigers, the softball will be bringing back a lot of talent for next year. They will be bringing back a key core of players next year, including sophomore Olivia Tollari, freshman Brilee Person, freshman Aliya Yanga, and junior Brooke Hickey.
Most of these players were often hitting at the top of the lineup and all had over a .300 OBP. Yanga did a great job on the mound as well this year with a 3-1 record on 28 innings pitched while only giving up a 1.00 ERA. Hickey lead the team in RBIs with 18 and Person was second on the team in doubles. Person was one of the top fielders on the team with a .983 fielding percentage. Tollari was an important player on the team, getting on base and finding ways to score with 13 runs scored on the season.
These core players all played big parts on the season while helping the Tigers be one of the top teams in the state during the regular season. ADM will be relying on this players for next years team and hope to find a way to compete for a conference championship and find a way to return to state as well.
