Jal Dual Bijiek, age 21 of 2116 Grand Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of burglary 1st, burglary 3rd and robbery.
Lubertha McClairen of West Des Moines was traveling north in the 26000 block of N Ave., slowing down with her turn signal on to turn left when a vehicle behind her driven by Steven Hoyle of Perry struck her. No injuries reported. Damage to McClairen’s vehicle estimated at $10000.00 and $500.00 to Hoyle’s. Hoyle was cited for failure to stop in an assured clear distance.

Gregory Alan Nath, age 51 of 915 W 2nd St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for violation of a no contact order.
