JULY 15; JULY 16: Arrest: Nicholas Franklin Hrabid, age 28, 105 N 31st Ave Omaha, NE was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts. 

JULY 17: Accident: Vehicle 1-red 2007 Chrysler Sebring registered to and driven by Beverly lean Devilbiss, 1153 Herndon Road, Bagley. Vehicle 2 – parked white 2010 Ford Eclipse registered to Janice Schmitt, 124 E 2nd St. Spencer, IA. 

Vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2. Some paint exchange on the passenger side and rear quarter panel of Vehicle 2. Total estimated damages $550. 

Arrest: a 15 year old male juvenile was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension. 

JULY 18: JULY 19: Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 1400 block of Otley. Rock thrown through a vehicle window. Estimated $300 damage. Arrest: Veronica May Bouska, age 22, 2003 Warford, Perry was taken into custody and charged with domestic abuse assault 1st offense.
