Alex B Plant, age 24 of 415 Chestnut Ridge, Spring Grove, Ill, was arrested at the 105 mile marker of Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance, speeding and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

Jake Tyler Englebert, age 26 of 2019 E Washington Ave., Madison, WI., was arrested at the 105 mile marker of Interstate 80 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
