The West Central Valley Wildcat baseball team did everything that they could but unfortunately was unable to get the victory on Friday night against Guthrie County rival Panorama in Panora.

For the Wildcat team, they’ve had a few players that are stepping up to the plate early in the season, with Junior Aiden Byrnes being a key player and freshman Braiden Beane and Blaise Beane have been important players thus far for the Wildcat team through three weeks in the season. This next week, this team will be focused on lowering the team ERA, putting balls in play, and continuing to get in game reps for a team that is still very young.

The Wildcats will have a few days off next week but will have key games last in the week, with Perry coming to Stuart on Thursday, CAM on Friday, and then district 12 baseball first round action at Pleasantville on that Saturday.
