After a few weeks of work, the new gym floor is finished in Grimes at Meadows on the campus of Dallas Center-Grimes High School.

DC-G released a new logo and has re-branded the school’s look.  The new gym floor was the first step in the district’s fresh look.

DC-G contracted Phillips Floors out of Indianola to complete the project.  The DC-G Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball teams made the decision on the new design of the floor, though they won’t be the first teams to use the new hardwood.

Cheryl Voelker’s Fillies Volleyball team will be the first athletic program at DC-G to use the new gym floor in the fall, then DC-G Boys’ and Girls’ Basketball and DC-G Wrestling will get their turn in the winter months.
