1:30am: A deputy found a railroad crossing that was malfunctioning in Paton.

9:55pm: A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 1100 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

Wednesday, July 1st

7:45am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 600 block of West Main Street, Grand Junction.

10:19am: A deputy assisted with a civil issue in the 1500 block of Q Avenue.

1:43pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle at Henderson Park.

2:17pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

2:30pm: Dale Ganoe 42 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

4:15pm: James Pena 22 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

8:28pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 2000 block of 305th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
