On Friday the Iowa High School Athletic Association announced the assignments for each team in each of the state’s four classes of competition.

3A powerhouse, Dallas Center-Grimes was placed into District 8 with a number of teams in the northwest quadrant of the state.  The Mustangs are 9-0 currently, following its most recent victory over Pella Christian in conference play on Friday.

Other teams in Class 3A District 8 with the Mustangs include Atlantic, Carroll, Creston, Denison-Schleswig, Glenwood, Greene County, and Harlan.

DC-G Baseball is back in Little Hawkeye Conference action this evening in Pella with a scheduled start time of 7:00pm.
