Des Moines Christian has a very good baseball team, and showed that on Thursday night as they were able to sweep the doubleheader against the West Central Valley Wildcat  team winning by the scores of 17-0 and 23-2. From the get go on both games, Des Moines Christian were able to get a pair of huge innings in both games, as they scored 14 in the third inning of game number 1, and scored 16 in the first inning of game number 2.

For West Central Valley, they ran into a good team that is hitting the cover off of the baseball currently and will look to move on as they continue to look for their first win. They have their next game on Monday against the Tigers of Madrid.
