The Guthrie Center City Council approved the disposal of property at their meeting Monday.

After a public hearing the Council awarded the sale of 806 North Street for $500 to Dennis and Kim Patrick. The Council also discussed but took no action regarding a request to place a barricade at the north end of 6th Street, and held a discussion regarding a possible rental ordinance with local landlords. The Council also received a status update from the Library Board on time card information, approved resolutions for a fund transfer from Solid Waste to General and for destruction of certain records, and approved a building permit request from the Guthrie County Fair Board for their new static exhibit building.
