9:02am: A deputy conducted an eviction in the 200 block of 2nd Street, Grand Junction.

9:02am: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 100 block of 210th Street.

12:22pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 500 block of 110th Street.

2:46pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 500 block of Main Street, Paton.

3:00pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 300 block of South 17th Street, Grand Junction.

3:55pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near W Avenue.

8:24pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 300 block of 4th Street, Rippey.

8:29pm: A deputy investigated a fireworks complaint in the 1100 block of Eagle Street, Scranton.

9:28pm: The Sheriff and a deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a fight and an arrest in the 600 block of East Adams Street. Scott Cram 32 of Jefferson was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

11:19pm: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on U Avenue near 200th Street. Paige Heaning 18 of Rippey struck a deer with a 2013 Ford Taurus causing an estimated 1,500 dollars damage.

11:19pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious activity complaint in the 600 block of South 15th Street.

11:32pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious noise in the 800 block of 140th Street.

11:59pm: Scott Cram 32 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for assault causing bodily injury.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
