Panorama softball could not keep pace with the steady attack of Des Moines Christian Thursday evening.
The Lions got on the board first with a single run in the first inning. They added two more in the third that Panorama matched to keep the score 3-2. DMC put up another two in the fourth and blew the game open in the fifth with four more runs to take a 9-2 lead into the final two innings. This proved to be too big of a gap for Panorama to close as they would go on to lose 11-5 at home. The bright spots for the Panthers was another nice night for Jaidyn Sellers who went 2-4 with a run batted in.
Panorama drops to 1-2 on the year and will be back to work Saturday at the AC/GC tournament, weather pending.
