Families of kindergarten through twelfth grade and post-secondary students are asked to complete a survey for the Iowa Department of Education.

Following the COVID-19 closure of all school buildings this spring and the shift to voluntary online learning, the State of Iowa is seeking to gather information about Iowans’ household access to broadband internet services and technology devices. The survey contains 12 short questions and only needs to be completed by a family once. Submissions will be accepted through June 24th. The information will then be used by the state in planning for the next school year if required learning must be conducted at home due to COVID-19. A link to the survey is included here.
