Dallas Center-Grimes schools have been building up the anticipation of the release of their new, refreshed school logo.

On Friday, the district showcased the new look on the DC-G Activities Twitter and Facebook pages.  The updated logo features a slightly different shaped horse, with the letters DCG above the horse’s head, with the letters being split vertically.  The top half is red, the bottom half is grey.

Additionally, Meadows Gym in Grimes is getting a reworked basketball hardwood floor.  The gym floor design has been receiving praise from Mustang and Fillie faithful, as well as conference opponents like Pella.

The refinished Meadows Gym floor should be completed in the next several weeks.
