Jeffery Michael Heater, age 37 of 103 W 3rd St., Bagley was arrested at 15309 H Ave., Perry for burglary 3rd and possession of burglary tools.

Danielle Marguerita Miles, age 32 of 117 NE Belaire Rd., Ankeny was arrested at 15309 H Ave., Perry for burglary 3rd.

Kyle Peter Hess, age 42 of 1895 SE Oxford St., Waukee was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-civil charge of contempt of court.

Randy Kennedy of Jamaica was traveling south in the 15000 block of Hull Ave., when he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Jose Cornejo Andrade of Perry. No injuries reported. Damage to Kennedy’s vehicle estimated at $100.00 and $1500.00 to Cornejo Andrade’s. Cornejo Andrade was issued a warning for failure to stop in clear assured distance.
