A Creston man recently pleaded guilty in two Guthrie County cases.

Court documents show that through a plea agreement, 21-year-old Noah James Wardlow was convicted of an amended charge of second degree theft, a class D felony, and disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor. Wardlow was given a suspended five year prison sentence and will serve three years probation. He must pay over $2,600 in fines, restitution, Category II expenses, and surcharges for the two cases.

Wardlow was originally charged with first degree theft, a class C felony, for an April 27th incident when he stole the vehicle of an employee working at the group home in Guthrie Center where he was court ordered for felony cases in Adams County. The disorderly conduct charge came from a fight that broke out between him and another inmate on May 28th at the Guthrie County Jail.
