An additional positive COVID-19 case has been confirmed in Dallas and Guthrie counties Monday.

The state dashboard shows that Dallas County now has 1,026 cases total with 662 individuals that have recovered and 26 that have died. Guthrie County has 59 cases with 41 that have recovered and four that have died, according to the county’s dashboard. Adair County remains at 11 cases with six that have recovered, and Greene County has 21 cases with 14 recoveries.

Across Iowa 137 positive cases were added Monday for a total of 24,046. Of those cases 14,502 individuals have recovered, and two additional deaths were confirmed for a total of 653. Raccoon Valley Radio will continue to provide updates on COVID-19 as it affects the listening area.
