A Perry woman has been arrested for an alleged incident.

According to the Dallas County Jail Inmate webpage, Anne Sinzobakwira was arrested Saturday and charged with a Class A Felony for first degree kidnapping and a Class C Felony for third degree sexual abuse-foricble rape. She was booked and is being held in the Dallas County Jail.
