An arrest warrant has been issued for a Guthrie Center man who was ordered to serve probation on May 29th for a previous conviction.
Through a plea agreement, 36-year-old Bruce Addam Blanchard was convicted of an amended charge of second degree burglary, a class C felony, for an October, 29th, 2019 incident and was given a suspended 10 year prison sentence to serve three years probation. He was also convicted of operating while under the influence – second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor, for a December 14th, 2019 incident and was ordered to serve two years probation. On June 3rd a probation violation report was filed by Blanchard’s probation officer, stating that he did not comply with outpatient substance abuse treatment and was reported to be drinking heavily, and his whereabouts are unknown.
