The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn School Board convened Monday evening in regular session.

During the Focus on Learning portion of the meeting, the Board got an update on the continuous learning plan participation, as well as on the return to learn plan. The action items began with approval of bringing the Touch Pro system to the District, which will create a digital archive to replace the current wall of fame. That was followed by approval of the concrete improvements and trail project at Adel Elementary, as well as authorizing the use of District land to be used for farming by the ADM FFA program. Next, the Board approved changes to the emergency operations plan, and the purchase of Chromebooks for second grade.

Finally, the Board discussed the latest on 2020 graduation services, the baseball and softball seasons, the construction and naming for the new elementary building, and equipment breakdown insurance.
