The Stuart City Council will hold discussions on the aquatic center, Stuart Speedway, a sewer issue, the City comprehensive plan, and a stop sign at their meeting Monday.

The meeting will begin with public hearings followed by resolutions to enter into a general obligation cash flow loan agreement not to exceed $400,000, and to rezone the All Saints Addition from agricultural to residential – single family. They’ll then consider the seventh pay estimate to Concrete Technologies, Inc. for the All Saints Addition, and hold a public hearing followed by a resolution to amend the 2018 housing urban revitalization area. Finally, the Council will consider an engineering agreement with Veenstra and Kimm, Inc. for the Casey’s General Store street improvements project, and consider an agreement for legal services with Nyemaster Goode, PC.
