4:02pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 900 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

5:01pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 600 block of South 13th Street. The assault was found to of occurred in Carroll.

6:37pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 700 block of Harding Street, Churdan.

7:05pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person at Sparky’s in Rippey.

9:08pm: A deputy investigated a verbal domestic in the 100 block of 190th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
