The Perry City Council will convene Monday evening in regular session.
The meeting will begin with a public hearing on an application for a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan for the new waste water treatment plant. Following the hearing, the Council will consider approval of a resolution to submit the application. Also in old business, they will consider approval of the bid letting for the library remodel project, as well as a change order for the McCreary Center project.
In new business, the Council will consider a pay request from Des Moines Asphalt for the asphalt overlay project. Next, they will approve reappointments to the Perry Library Board of Trustees, as well as an Iowa cash rent farm lease agreement. Finally, the Council will set a public hearing regarding the fiscal year 2020 budget amendment.
