The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.
The meeting will begin with a change order and pay application from CL Carroll & Company for the Ortonville Lagoon demolition project. That will be followed by an update on the law enforcement center construction, as well as consideration of the 28th pay application for the project. Next, the Board will get an update on Secondary Roads Department projects from County Engineer Al Miller.
Other items on the agenda include: consideration of a Sugar Creek stabilization project with the City of West Des Moines; a 28E agreement with the Central Iowa Workforce Development, Region 11; a resolution supporting the Perry Municipal Airport; and an appointment to the Board of Health. The meeting will conclude with a possible closed session to discuss pending litigation.
