Joshua Minton of De Soto was traveling west on Highway 44 thru Dallas Center when a vehicle driven by Terry Masengill of Dallas Center pulled out onto the roadway and struck Minton’s vehicle. No injuries reported. Damage to Minton’s vehicle estimated at $500.00 and $7000.00 to Masengill’s. Masengill was cited for failure to yield upon entering through highway.
