11:56pm: The Sheriff and deputies investigated a complaint of an underage party in the 500 block of 3rd Street, Rippey. 10 juveniles under the age of 18 were charged with possession of alcohol under age and a department of public health violation, Fallon Heater 18 of Perry was arrested for a department of public health violation and possession of alcohol underage. Charity Snavely 38 of Rippey was arrested for supplying alcohol to person under legal age, permit under 18 to consume alcohol on property, and a department of public health violation. Conner Embrey 21 of Rippey was arrested for a department of public health violation. Angel Rivera 18 of Perry was arrested for a department of public health violation and possession of alcohol underage. Jonathan Silva 18 of Perry was arrested for a department of public health
violation and possession of alcohol underage. Quincy Carey 18 of Rippey was arrested for possession of alcohol underage and a department of public health violation.
