Carrie Reiling of Dallas Center was stopped on Sugar Grove Ave., Dallas Center waiting to turn onto 15th St., when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Tyler Zuber of Perry. No injuries reported. Damage to Reiling’s vehicle estimated at $7000.00 and $3000.00 to Zuber’s. Zuber was cited for failure to stop in assured safe distance.

George Elton Marchant, age 39 of 703 1st St. SW, Rochester, MN was arrested at 1203 Guthrie, De Soto for public intoxication, possession of a controlled substance and open container.

Sebastian Ross Ramirez, age 21 of 102 S Grimmell Rd., Jefferson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license denied.

Styles Conrad Dyer, age 22 of 1422 Wilson Ave., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft.
