Dallas County continues to add additional COVID-19 cases Monday.

According to the state dashboard as of 11am Monday, 11 additional positive cases of the virus were added to Dallas County for a total of 857. No new cases were reported in Greene, Guthrie or Adair counties. Of those cases, 518 have recovered in Dallas County, while 29 of the 43 cases in Guthrie County have recovered, all 14 cases in Greene County have recovered and of Adair’s eight cases, four have recovered. Additionally, there were no new reported deaths in any of the four counties.

Statewide, there are 17,561 positive cases and 114,795 negative tests as of 11am Monday. Of the positive cases statewide, 9,344 have recovered and there are 458 deaths. Raccoon Valley Radio will continue providing daily updates on the spread of COVID-19 as it affects the listening area.
