3:58am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a driving complaint on North Elm Street and Washington Street.

11:32am: A deputy arrested Adam Harvey 43 of Grand Junction for arrest warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance 1st offense methamphetamine.

12:00pm: Adam Harvey 43 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance 1st offense methamphetamine.

8:30pm: Justin Downs 34 of Churdan was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order, Domestic abuse assault 1st offense, assault causing bodily injury, criminal mischief 3rd degree, and theft 4th degree.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
