As Governor Kim Reynolds hasn’t given orders on how municipal and county offices operate during the COVID-19 pandemic, some offices in Guthrie County are gradually reopening.

Panora City Hall is opening for walk-in traffic Monday with reduced hours for employees to be able to regularly clean doors and counter surfaces. The lobby will be open from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1-4:30 p.m., and staff ask that only one person come in at a time. Restrooms will not be open to the public, and they still encourage people to use online and other resources they have available before visiting City Hall. Guthrie Center City Hall is also open to the public, though residents are still encouraged to use the blue drop box outside for any payments. Stuart City Hall and the Guthrie County Courthouse are still closed to the public until further notice.
