The Iowa Department of Public Health announced Sunday that there was one additional coronavirus-related death reported in Dallas County, bring the total in the County to 11.
The individual was one of five casualties across the state reported Sunday, bringing the total in Iowa to 351. There have also been three deaths in Guthrie County since the pandemic began. Additionally, there were three new positive COVID-19 tests in Dallas County, and one in Adair County. To date there has now been 776 cases in Dallas, and five in Adair, as well as 37 in Guthrie and 13 in Greene. Of those patients, 390 have recovered in Dallas, 15 in Guthrie, 9 in Greene, and 2 in Adair. Statewide, there were 323 new positive cases reported Sunday, for a total of 14,651 since the start of the outbreak. The IDPH also reports there have been 85,590 negative tests and 7,154 patients recovered.
