The Iowa Department of Public Health announced two more coronavirus-related deaths in the Raccoon Valley Radio listening area Thursday, one in Dallas County and one in Guthrie.
There have now been nine deaths in Dallas and three in Guthrie. The two local deaths were among 12 new casualties in Iowa, bringing the statewide total to 318. The IDPH also confirmed 14 new positive tests of COVID-19 in Dallas County, and one more in Greene County Thursday. To date there have been 755 cases in Dallas with 301 patients recovered, 36 in Guthrie with 16 recovered, 14 in Greene with nine recovered, and four in Adair with two recovered. The IDPH also reported 386 additional positive tests across the state Thursday, bringing the total to 13,675. There have been 75,619 negative tests, and 6,231 patients recovered in Iowa.
