Anytime you can get a team that has played a lot together usually means that you are going to field a better and more competitive team no matter the sport. For Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tiger baseball, experience is a potential key factor to their success this year, and one that could become huge the higher the stakes get. As of right now, there are twelve upperclassmen on the 2020 roster for the ADM Tigers, and one that has a lot of experience from last year’s team.
There are currently five seniors and seven juniors on the roster, as ADM will have an experienced roster though they will have to fill some holes from last year’s team. They will be replacing six players off of last year’s team, including multiple starters. ADM and the rest of the state of Iowa is still waiting on the IHSAA for the announcement on if there is going to be a summer season for baseball.
Coach Jason Book will have to make some changes to the lineup this year, but this is an ADM roster that is going to have talent, and one that is hoping to continue to improve upon their trip to state last year.
