Public hearings to amend the current fiscal year budget and for a tax increment financing development agreement with Casey’s Marketing Company will be held at the Stuart City Council meeting Monday.
The Council will also consider the sixth pay estimate for the All Saints Addition construction, and a resolution to set a hearing to rezone the property from agricultural to residential single family. They will also consider setting a public hearing date to enter into a general obligation cash flow loan agreement to not exceed $400,000, and a resolution providing notice of hearing on a proposed amendment to the City’s plan for the 2018 Stuart urban revitalization area. Finally, the Council will consider action regarding loan forgiveness through their blight housing program, and a resolution to relieve Cardinal Homes, LLC. of any further responsibilities regarding the property at 408 South Gaines Street.
