Wednesday, April 29th

2:33am: A deputy investigated a complaint of people burglarizing a house in the 1000 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

2:36am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with trespass complaint in the 1000 block of West Lincoln Way. Steven Dzuris 32 of Jefferson for trespass.

4:07am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident on 264 th Street near S Avenue. Ann Adams 67 of Grand Junction lost control of her 2013 Honda Civic and entered the ditch causing an estimated 10,000 dollars damage to the car. Nobody was injured and all airbags were deployed.

5:24am: Steven Dzuris 32 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for trespass 1st offense.

1:05pm: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 900 block of 222nd Street.

4:31pm: A deputy investigated an unruly child at the intersection of Lincolnway and Vine Street in Jefferson.

9:07pm: A deputy assisted Churdan Fire with a power pole and ditch on fire on 160th Street near I Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
