Monday, April 27th

11:00am: Nick Sorensen reported construction workers at 200 North Wilson Avenue had located backpacks and bags full of property behind the building. When the officer arrived, the owner of the bags was present. He advised he was walking out of Jefferson and was given his belongings back.

2:45pm: Dan Sayre requested Extra Patrol from both Law Enforcement Agencies at Henderson Park.

3:05pm: City Hall reported a subject entered the closed building to speak to a female. The subject has been told in the past not to go to City Hall if he did not have business to conduct, as the female did not want contact from him. Charges are pending.

3:07pm: Mark Easterday spoke to an officer about a Civil Issue involving his Stimulus Check.

3:22pm: Macie Reams reported a Stray Dog at 907 West Lincoln Way Street. The owner arrived and took the animal before the officer’s arrival.

6:44pm: Veronica Clipperton reported a subject on a lawn mower, who was weaving all over the street near the Wilson Ave. Crossing. The officer did not locate the subject in the area.

8:08pm: A caller advised of a couple fighting outside of 205 North Oak Street. The officer arrived and spoke to a male, who advised his girlfriend had left after a verbal argument. He requested no assistance from the officer.

8:25pm: A caller advised of Barking Dogs in the 300 Block of West Reed Street. The officer spoke to subjects in the area and was told the animals had been placed inside to end the barking issue.

9:42pm: Matt Stanton reported his vehicle had broken down near North Chestnut and East Washington Streets. He advised it would be removed first thing tomorrow morning.

10:32pm: A caller advised of a trailer parked across the sidewalk in the 200 Block of South Cedar Street. The officer contacted the subjects and learned they were actively loading the trailer to move from the property.
